I’ve been working my way through the “best of” lists that are always put out at the end of the year. I recently finished Under The Never Sky by Veronica Rossi. I had seen it on the shelf in the past, and thought it was just one of many new dystopian novels published lately, and I’ve read a LOT of dystopias lately.
Boy was I wrong. I’m so happy I picked it up because this one stands out. I’d say it’s a bit more of a sci-fi/dystopian mix because virtual realities play into the story quite a bit – but it’s fun, original and has fabulous characters. If you liked The Ask and The Answer by Patrick Ness, you will love this one too.
